Luxury Epoxy for a Private Home
A full upgrade – without demolition, dust, or disrupting daily life
Description
The Client’s Story
The client approached us while the house was already fully occupied.
The existing flooring felt outdated, had lost its uniformity, and no longer reflected the level of quality the homeowner wanted for the space.
The goal was clear:
to refresh and upgrade the home without entering an aggressive renovation process involving demolition, dust, noise, and long disruption.
The client wanted a smart, clean solution that would elevate the home while respecting the fact that people actually live there.

The Challenges
Beyond the flooring, several issues appeared in specific wall areas:
- Uneven and slightly curved walls
- Visible depressions and imperfections
- Poor finishing details from the original construction
The client did not want to “fix everything everywhere.”
Instead, the request was to address only the problematic areas, in a way that would feel intentional, refined, and fully integrated into the design.
Solution
✔️ Flooring – Luxury Epoxy
We selected a luxury epoxy system designed specifically for residential spaces, allowing:
- Application over the existing substrate
- No demolition and no dust
- A seamless, refined, and elegant finish
The epoxy was applied in a soft, warm cream tone, carefully balanced with the natural light and layout of the home, achieving a premium look that feels calm and timeless, not industrial.
✔️ Walls – A Design-Driven Approach
Instead of breaking and rebuilding walls, we introduced:
- High-end wood wall cladding
- Precise detailing with integrated LED lighting
- Applied only in the problematic zones
This transformed structural imperfections into intentional architectural features that elevate the entire space.
The Result
- A significant visual and functional upgrade, without a major renovation
- A luxurious, seamless floor that is durable and easy to maintain
- Clean, refined walls with architectural presence
- A balanced combination of practicality and design
- Most importantly, peace of mind for the homeowner
Project Summary
This was not a project about doing everything.
It was a project about doing exactly what was right for the client.
Sometimes, the best solution is not replacing the entire home, but knowing where to intervene, and how to do it correctly.
