Garage to Home Cinema
The Client’s Vision
The client had a two-car garage and wanted to transform one of the parking spaces into something completely different. A private home cinema and gaming room where he could watch movies, play PlayStation, and host friends or family.
One of the main requirements was sound isolation, allowing the space to be used freely without disturbing the rest of the house.
The Starting Point
The project began with a standard garage:
- Raw concrete floor
- Plain walls
- No insulation
- No lighting or atmosphere
The goal was to build the space from the ground up.
Our Solution
We transformed the garage into a fully immersive cinema space through a complete redesign.
Sound Insulation
- Acoustic wall insulation was installed to significantly reduce noise transfer
- Allows movies, gaming, and music at full volume without affecting the house
Epoxy Flooring
- A black epoxy floor was applied throughout the space
- Seamless, durable, and easy to maintain
- The glossy finish enhances reflections and adds depth to the room
Walls & Finishes
- Walls were finished with Venetian Plaster in deep black, creating texture and a dramatic, high-end look
- Dark tones were chosen to improve screen focus and immersion
Lighting & Atmosphere
- Hidden LED lighting was integrated into the space
- The LED system allows multiple color options, giving full control over the mood
- In this project, the client chose red lighting to create a classic cinema atmosphere, but the system can be adjusted to any color
Cinema Setup
- Two rows of cinema seating (two seats per row)
- Surround sound system
- Large projection screen
- Gaming setup with PlayStation and controllers

A complete transformation:
