Albi Restaurant Renovation | Miami

This project was a full interior renewal for Albi, the restaurant of renowned chef Meir Adoni, located in Miami.

Description

When Meir approached us, the restaurant had a strong culinary identity, but the space itself felt dated and no longer reflected the level, creativity, and experience of the cuisine. The goal was clear: to refresh the entire space, elevate the atmosphere, and create a modern, refined, and memorable environment, without losing the soul of the place.

Scope of Work & Design Approach

We carried out a comprehensive interior transformation focused on walls, finishes, and key architectural elements:

  • Signature feature walls
  • A custom-designed wall with sculpted openings and integrated lighting, creating depth and a dramatic visual effect.
  • A textured wall featuring a grid structure with embedded stone elements, adding richness, character, and material contrast.

Bar Renovation

The bar structure already existed, but it underwent a complete visual and material upgrade, turning it into a strong central design element within the space.

Seating & Dining Areas

The seating zones were refreshed to feel warmer, more intimate, and more contemporary, while carefully working with the existing layout and floor.

Full Wall Coverings & Finishes

All walls received new finishes and treatments, creating a cohesive and modern design language throughout the restaurant.

Branding & Signage

We designed and installed a new logo and signage, reinforcing the restaurant’s identity and aligning the space with Chef Adoni’s brand.

The Result

The renovation transformed Albi into a modern, elegant, and elevated dining space that feels refined, atmospheric, and timeless.
Through layered textures, thoughtful lighting, and custom wall elements, the space now enhances the dining experience rather than overpowering it.

Project Summary

This project demonstrates how a carefully planned renovation can redefine an existing restaurant—by reimagining and upgrading what already exists, rather than starting from zero.
