From an empty shell to a high-end hospitality experience
The Client’s Vision
The client approached us with a completely empty space, bare concrete floors, unfinished ceilings, and no existing character.
The goal was to create a luxury café and bar, defined by dark tones, rich materials, and a strong, memorable atmosphere.
Every element needed to feel intentional, elegant, and different, not generic.
The Starting Point
When we received the space, it was a true blank canvas:
- Raw concrete flooring
- Exposed ceiling infrastructure
- No finishes, no lighting concept, no visual identity
Everything was built from the ground up.
Our Design & Construction Approach
We worked closely with the client to translate the vision into a cohesive, functional, and luxurious space.
Epoxy Flooring
A custom epoxy floor was applied throughout the main areas of the café and bar, providing:
- A seamless, glossy surface
- High durability for daily commercial use
- A dramatic visual foundation that reflects light and enhances the overall design
Custom Bar & Woodwork
- A custom wooden bar was designed and built as the centerpiece of the space
- The bar countertop was finished with epoxy, creating a bold yet refined surface
- Additional wood elements and wall cladding were introduced to add warmth and depth
Walls, Lighting & Atmosphere
- Decorative wall finishes combined with integrated LED lighting
- Carefully planned lighting that enhances textures, reflections, and spatial depthA dark, elegant color palette that defines the character of the venue
Restrooms - A Unique Design Statement
In the restrooms, the client wanted something more distinctive and unexpected.
To achieve this:
- We applied Venetian Plaster in a deep burgundy tone, creating a rich and dramatic texture
- Special custom artwork was incorporated, adding a strong artistic presence
- A simple, minimal sink was selected and enhanced to complement the wall finish, allowing the textures and colors to stand out
The result is a restroom space that feels intentional, artistic, and fully aligned with the overall concept of the venue.
